For the sake of revenge from his biggest enemy RATAN CHAUHAN, Veer decided to kidnap his sister so as to break him mentally and emotionally, knowing that her safety would be the only thing Ratan truly cared about.

Vedika's pov

I was at the birthday party of one of my friends. As usual Natasha was with me. I was feeling a bit uncomfortable inside the party hall so I decided to go outside for some fresh air. As soon as I stepped outside i noticed some unwanted eyes glaring at me. I got the intuition that something is fishy among those men. I turned back to go inside the hall as fast as possible but one man was faster than me he hurriedly placed a cloth containing chloroform on my mouth to incapacitate me

I don't remember after that.

I woke up in a black room and there was no source of light. I was hand cuffed. And my legs and hands were tied to a chair in which I was sitting.

Then someone came to pick me up, I was blindfolded but still I can feel that he made me sit in a car or maybe some movable vehicle.

In Veer's penthouse house

Digvijay the Chief of Veer's gang brought a girl blindfolded, her arms tied at her back and mouth was also closed with a white piece of cloth . He made her sit on the chair and tied her legs and hands to it.

After that Digvijay summoned Veer.

Veer was very happy that Digvijay had successfully kidnapped Ratan's sister.

"Aakhen kholo iski" (open up her blindfold), Veer said in a loud voice.

Digvijay hurriedly opened up her blindfold.

Vedika's pov

As soon as my eyes were open i saw a tall man standing in front of me I was shocked I had never seen such a man from so close. His voice was deep, smooth like velvet, but there was no warmth in it. His shoulders were broad, his frame commanding and built like he had wrestled demons. His hands were large, the veins running over his knuckles like rivers of restrained power.

Veer was burning in anger and slammed the table with his hand.

"Wtf!! Are you guys blind or what? Ye ratan ki behan nhi hai kisko utha laye tum Digvijay!?",Veer shouted with irritation.

Digvijay was standing in guilt and fear as he knew his boss's anger.

The girl started murmuring in un-understandable words as her mouth was also tied up. Veer ordered Digvijay with his eyes to open up her mouth.

As soon as Digvijay opened the knot.

The girl shouted "kon ho tum log. Hath kholo mere"

She was still shouting "Tum log jante nhi kon hu mai"

Veer asked deliberately "So tell me who you are, little girl?"

Vedika was silent through this tone of veer, but she gained some strength.

"Vedika Shekhawat naam h mera, Raj Shekhawat ki beti!", She said this in an aggressive manner.

Veer knew Raj Shekhawat. He has a big business though is a very polite man. Veer knew him as once they met up in a meeting.

Veer was silent but he slowly started opening her hands on his own. By opening the rope Veer touched her hands.

It was just a fleeting touch, but it felt like the world stopped spinning. His hand brushed against mine-rough, calloused, and cold, like he had never known warmth. But even as he stepped back, creating a distance that felt colder than his touch, I couldn't forget the way his skin had felt against mine-strong, yet hesitant

He called his house taker Ms. Alina and asked her to take vedika in the guest room.

He also sent off Digvijay to find out the real sister of ratan.
